1. ABS material

The main material for hard case production, most of the suitcases made from it are thermal vacuum forming. The suitcase has a more exquisite interior and the surface of the case has more changes. It is more impact resistant than the soft case, but the weight of the case is heavier. However, it is sturdy to protect the clothes from getting wrinkled, and it is not easy to damage fragile products. When using it, try to fill it up as much as possible, press it and then close it. ABS is basically a very durable material.

2.PP material

The main material for hard case production, most of the suitcases made from it are injection-molded, and the inside and outside of the box body belong to the same color series, and there is no inside. The development cost of PP material is relatively expensive, and the product price is also high. Parts and accessories are special equipment and cannot be modified. Therefore, only professional brands and manufacturers have the ability to produce. Its characteristics are impact resistance and good water resistance.

3.PC material

The main material made of hard case, it has excellent electrical insulation, extensibility, dimensional stability and chemical resistance. Indices such as strength, heat resistance and cold resistance are also satisfactory, but its hardness is relatively insufficient. It is usually used in combination with ABS material to complement each other. At the same time, products made of ABS+PC material have advantages in cost performance.

4. Aluminum magnesium alloy

The main material made of hard cases is also the most familiar material. Because it is made of metal, its plasticity is strong, and it is durable, wear-resistant, and impact-resistant. Generally, the box can be used for five years and ten years. There are one-piece moldings and combination moldings. The appearance is very elegant and beautiful, but when compared with suitcases of other materials, the weight and price are much higher.

5.PE material

The main material made of soft box, strictly speaking, PE material is not soft enough, it is lighter than ABS material but more impact resistant. People often combine it with cloth or leather to form a soft case. The combined suitcase has the safety of a hard case and the lightness of a soft case. The disadvantage is that if the stitching of the car is split, the suitcase will be scrapped. So we must pay attention to the rationality of space usage.
